(LifeSiteNews) On Tuesday, abortion cheerleader Wendy Davis lost her race for governor of Texas by 20 points, the worst loss for Democratic gubernatorial candidates since 1998.
But to add insult to injury, the women-focused Davis campaign also lost the female vote to male Republican Greg Abbott, reports the Associated Press. Exit polls show that Davis lost women as a whole by a 54-46 margin, and pulled in just one-third of the female independent vote.
